Great install and removal of old electric water heater. Made sure the covered all the carpet and even used a special “body bag “ to put the old one in as they removed it to assure no leaking on our new carpet! I would absolutely use them again- just hope I don’t need too!!!! Ha

Great Service from Houston Water Heaters..... Replaced two 15 year old 80 gallon water heaters with the new tankless water heater, 195,000 BTU. Great service... worked with my own roofer as we have a tile roof, very professional, price quoted over the phone and this was the final price. It was a complicated installation in the attic... From the first to last call to Steve, we have very much enjoyed our experience with this company. Our 18 year old water heater finally started to leak, in our search we found all plumbing companies want to charge to come out for an estimate, this was not the case with Steve, he explained our options and quoted us over the phone.Daniel, the installer called prior to coming out, very professional, answered all my questions, did a great job of install and cleanup, also hauled off our old water heater, which many other companies do not do.It is rare now a days to get this type of service. Steve and the team at Houston Water Heaters were wonderful to work with from start to finish - we would highly recommend them. We are so pleased with their work and the process was so simple and convenient for us. Steve was able to walk us through several options to work with our current configuration, and gave us a quote right over the phone on the spot. Glad I shopped around! I found Houston Water Heaters by doing a Google search.I saw great reviews and decided to check them out. Sent a quote request via website chat, got a response within a day! Spoke with them on Friday by Monday night I had a new water heater installed and ready to go. 40 gallon gas tank in my attic on the second floor was half the price another company quoted me to replace. I highly recommend this company!!!

I needed two hot water heaters replaced at my home since one of them started leaking and they were 18 year old anyway. After looking for right contractor to get the job done, I called a number of plumbing companies. Some of them wont even give me a free estimate. I picked Houston Water heaters as my choice since they are only one who do water heaters only and gave me an estimate over phone that appeared compatible from what I had learnt about their cost estimates in my "Nextdoor" App vs other contractors. Also they were able to accommodate me in their schedule for the next day. So I granted them the contract to do it at my home. The two techs (Dylan & Luis) showed up at my home as per schedule and did the replacement. I must say the two techs were very pleasant, easy to work with and professional. They did a very good job and I am very satisfied with the quality of work and speed with which they did the work. You can review & pick the heater you want at their website. I picked Rheem brand. I would recommend them to anybody wanting new water heaters in their home.

We had two 50 gallon tanks replaced this week. At each step of the process from quote to installation they meet or exceed our expectations. Frank the office manager answered all of our many questions quickly and with knowledge of the product and the industry. Daniel and Zach came to the house; they called the day before & when they were on the way for install.They wore shoe booties and put booties on the hand truck wheels to protect our wood floors. Daniel answered our questions to educate us. We "highly" recommend this company. Great customer service at all times.

After calling 7 different plumbing companies we decided on Houston Water Heaters. From the first phone call to the signing of the invoice it was outstanding customer service! They are very professional and suggested the right options. Old water heater was leaking and we had to replace with new one. Houston Water Heaters sent two guys (Daniel and other gentleman), they did replace the equipment in an hour or so and job was neat.

Houston Water Heaters is amazing!!! Please go with this company if you're needing a new water heater. They'll give you the exact price over the phone so you don't ever get any surprises later on - everything is included with the price so you're not getting stuck with added fees when they come to install it. Installation was quick, seamless and really well done. Afterwards, they walked me through how to take care of it and what to expect if the water alarm goes off. Steve was awesome in explaining everything to me. The plumbers showed up and got everything done in 1.5 hours. The pricing was the best I've found after getting 4 quotes. 700 dollars cheaper than a comparable system from Home Depot.

I called last night about 7:30 and they helped me figure out (based on prices of tankless) exactly what I wanted to do, and then told me they could be there the next day and the plumber would call me in the morning. I got a call about 9:30 that said they would be there between 11 and 12. They were there right around 11:20 and they were done by 12:30. David and Luis, are top notch. Start to finish right at about an hour. Replaced the cutoff valve, re-plumbed everything, added a heat shield to the underside of the roof to bring it up to code, resealed the vent up on the roof, even oversized the drain pan because there was room to do so. They pulled a city permit so everything is legal. They kept everything very clean, and they went over how to light the pilot, and some technical changes from my old water heater to the new one. This place has good prices and does good work. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

On time to the minute. The appointment time was exactly as agreed. Not like many service companies who give you a “time window”. Informative, polite staff. you actually talk to people who have knowledge of the products they sell.Swapped out my old attic hot water heater like magic.

Absolutely the most pain-free plumbing experience I've had...ever! Not only were they price competitive, but they were FAST...same day service without any sort of "emergency" charge. Anton (the plumber) was efficient and friendly and did his job with excellence. No one likes to have to replace a hotwater heater, but Houston Water Heaters made it a hassle free, cost competitive, and friendly event. I will definitely use them in the future.

It has been a few months since we had our two water heaters replaced through Houston Water Heaters and still no complaints! Excellent and helpful customer service from beginning to end! My hot water heater went out and I called the home warranty company. They company they sent out would take 7-10 days to replace. At the end of the day, I frantically looked up another company and found Houston Water Heaters. Since I'm a first time home buyer, all of this was new to me. Frank on the phone walked me through my options and scheduled a tech for the very next morning. The tech called me that night to verify what I needed and what time he'd be there. He showed up on time and was very helpful and kind. My water was turned off due to renovation so he patiently walked me through how to fill the tank and light the pilot once it was back on. On their way to the van, we realized that we could turn the water back on. The guys then went back into the attic and finished the job for me so I wouldn't have to call another tech out. Really, it was the best experience I've had during my home renovation. And, the bill was exactly what they quoted me over the phone!

Provided a quote over the phone which is what they charged upon completion, their price was $500 less than ARS from home depot and this included the new heater along with labor, all brand new water connections, pan, and a leak alarm. The two Plumbers were extremely professional and friendly, explained possible attic ventilation issues, and showed me how to relight pilot if it goes out. Will definitely be referring to family and friends

Great company!!! Called them on a Monday morning and by the end of the day I had a new gas water heater installed and working. City of Houston inspector certified all was good. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. If only every company could be like these guys.

Absolutely an honest; professional and 1st class company to deal with! From Steve Williams (Owner) to Daniel Zack (Plumber) these guys are consummate professionals and 2 factors really impressed me! 1st - Steve saved me money by selling me what I really needed and not what i wanted and explained everything in detail up front as did Daniel when it came to the installation. They completely protected all carpeting before starting the job: picked everything up upon completion and the price quoted was the price paid and even included some items that were not discussed pleasantly to my surprise. 2nd - When i discovered my water heater had gone out it was mid morning: I had appointments till 13:30 and Steve said no problem; they'd be there at 14:00 and surprisingly they were finished before 17:00.Any one I know that will be needing a water heater in the future: I will tell them there is only one guy to call and that's Steve Williams at Houston Water Heaters!

Bought a State 40 gallon, 40 K btu water heater from these folks to install myself. Best price I could find. The water heater was at the store for pickup the day after I ordered it. Installed perfectly with new gas valve, water supply lines, and house supply nipples. Works great. Thanks.

Actually talked with the owner! He took the time to educate me about advances in water heaters and guaranteed next day installation. His workers were amazing. The crew leader kept me informed of every step and finished the job with minimal disruption to the household. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Mr. Steve and his staff. Called for water heater service before the hurricane, so, we kept a tentative date due to the storm. Their tech called ahead 30 minutes before arrival.Their techs adhered to Covid restrictions with masks before entrance. After a diagnostic check-up they gave us repair costs, with upgrade options. As professionals no pressure was placed on us. We asked questions about all options.We choose a new ignition for our comfort, costs now, with new hope to improve/limit future service calls. Approx. an hour later the new part was installed and we had hot water 45 minutes later! Houston Hot Water remains the same for being 5☆ worthy for positive referrals.As an integrity based, respectable and trusted company, you deserve to retain them for yourself! Called Houston Water Heaters late Friday afternoon when we discovered our heaters were leaking and they were able to fit us in Saturday at no extra charge. Had two water heaters replaced at $1000 less than quoted by competitors and they gave us the price over the phone with no trip to come out saving time and money. Went with 10 year warranty option and were extremely pleased with the courteous plumbers and professional installation service. Covered floors with drop cloths and took very good care of our home. Took less than four hours. Wow!!

Hi - wanted to let you know about this company. From the start of the 1st phone call - they were professional, prompt, and did what they promised. David and Luis - took the time and made extra effort to make sure the job was done right. They explained what they were going to replace and how to maintain the water heater, which is important because a lot of companies do not take the time. They made sure that our home was not dirty and took pre-cautions when removing the old equipment. It looked like they were never ever there!- really appreciate the effort. It in the age of "all things to all people". They concentrate on their business model and it shows. Do it right the 1st time.... If I could give 10 stars, I would! Very professional service. My old water heater was over 20 years old and started leaking. At first it was a slow leak, then started leaking faster. I had to do something, and fast. I found Houston Water Heaters on line and gave them a call, and I was so glad I did! Very professional service. The head technician's name was Josh. He did a fantastic job. Steve Williams, the owner, gave me the best deal ever. No charge!! My daughter and I had tears in our eyes. You see, my husband, a Vietnam Vet., passed away 2 1/2 years ago, and times have been kind of rough. It's so nice to know that there are still good people in the world. Called last Friday afternoon and they came out first thing Saturday morning to replace our broken water heater in the attic. They came out on time, were very efficient, friendly, and did a great job installing the new water heater. They cleaned up the area very well, you couldn't even tell they were there. Steve was very knowledgeable in selecting the right size water heater for our family and one that would fit in the opening to the attic. Same day delivery if located in the Houston area and gave free up front pricing over the phone. Sells and installs Navien tankless and Rheem tank style water heaters. Multiple warranty options on the Rheem that offered either lower estimated yearly operating costs or extended tank lifespan through heavier duty sacrificial anode rods.
