All sales are final. We guarantee your product to reach you in good condition.Please do not accept the order if it is damaged in any way.
You must notify us within 10 days of receiving items for any needed refunds or exchanges. Refunds are subject to approval and a 20 % restocking fee. If the item has been installed, no returns will be accepted.
Damaged Freight Policy:
All orders will be shipped 100% insured. However, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise before signing for it. If you notice damage to the merchandise, Do not recieve it. Notate the damage on the bill of lading, immediately contact our customer service department at (832) 886-4276 and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and we will ship out a replacement part or unit at no cost to you. We just ask for you to take pictures and email them to us so we can get reimbursed by the shipper. If you detect damage to the merchandise after signing for it, you will be responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. A thorough inspection of all packages is extremely important before signing for your merchandise.
Once a Water Heater has been installed you my not return it to us for any reason. Call the 800 number on the water heater and the Manufacturer will honor their warranty if the unit is malfunctioning.
Custom Commercial Electric Water Heaters and All Comercial Water Heaters :
All Commercial sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges for Commercial Heaters that have been opened as we cannot resell them. We warrant that the product will arrive in good condition. We recommend that you do not receive any product without inspecting it for shipping damages. Once received the product is yours and will not be refunded or exchanged. It is your responsibility to order the correct model and size Commercial Water Heater or Custom Commercial Electric Water Heater.
